Past CDROM. This multi-media product was developed by the Barrie Historical
Association for use in Simcoe County elementary schools, 2001. |
 | Wrote a series of monthly articles on local matters as a member of the
Barrie Examiner Community Editorial Board and published in the Examiner from
April 2000 to July 2001. |
 | Researched and wrote a series of 13 articles on Simcoe County
history and biography for Barrie Advance, August to November, 1999. |
 | Conceived, edited and contributed to "From Portage to Prosperity:
A Brief History of Barrie, Ontario" published by Heritage Barrie and
Barrie Historical Association, 1999. |
 | Compiled and edited Simcoe County Book of Days [ISBN 0-9683733-0-5]
published by DBS in May 1998. |
 | Edited "The Hodden Grey: A Short History of the 75th (Mississauga)
Battalion, C.E.F. and The Toronto Scottish Regiment," by D.R.
McKillican, 1998. |
 | Researched and wrote "Loosing the Bonds of Prometheus: The Barrie
Carriage Company, 1903 to 1920," 1998. |
 | Wrote and developed the Barrie Bell Restoration Committee fundraising
"ask package"; wrote, produced, and hosted the Barrie Bell
promotional video, 1997. |
 | Wrote and hosted "Urban Heritage," a series of six half-four
cable television programmes focusing on Simcoe County history in conjunction
with Shaw Cable 10, Barrie (1996-7); segments include: Simcoe County, Midhurst,
Borden, Orillia, Alliston and Stroud. |
